After submitting your application form you’re involved in the SLA recruitment process. The first step is the evaluation of your application; we pay attention to your professional career and your achievements, but it is also important for us if your ideas are original and if you can express your thoughts in a plain, structured way. If your application is successful in the first stage, we will invite you to an interview.

You’ll be informed about the results of the second step of the recruitment process in the second week of October through your email address submitted in this application form.

Do keep in mind that we will aim to make the group of 50 participants as diverse as possible, not only demographically, but also in terms of their views and world perception.

Tuition fees for the Stern Leadership Academy, in collaboration with the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education, is €9 000. Tuition fees must be paid by October 29 2021.
