has the greatest influence on how you perform as a manager?

How would you like to be remembered when you retire?

The Stern Foundation is a non-governmental organisation incorporated under Polish law. Based in Warsaw, it honours the legacy of eighteenth-century scientist and polymath Abraham Stern by promoting an understanding of Polish-Jewish history and Poland’s multicultural past as a means of supporting cooperation between the US and Poland in education, innovation and technology.

After you submit your application for the SLA, we will evaluate not only your professional career and achievements but also your ability to express original thoughts and to express your ideas coherently and simply. If your application is successful in the first stage, we will invite you for interview.

You’ll be informed via email about the results of the second stage of the recruitment process by 22 October.

Do keep in mind that we aim to make the final group of 50 participants as diverse as possible, not only demographically but also in terms of worldviews.

Tuition fees for the Stern Leadership Academy in collaboration with the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education are €9,000. Tuition fees must be paid by 29 October 2021.

    Applications are needs-blind.

Thanks to our partners, the Stern Foundation can offer up to 50 need-based partial or full fellowships.
We recommend speaking to your employer early on about funding your tuition fees.

Will you apply for a fellowship?

If your answer is yes, please specify how much your employer or organisation will contribute.
